• Daily Supervision: Supervise daily cleaning operations and teams directly at client sites to maintain top service quality.
• Team Monitoring: Monitor cleaners' daily attendance, discipline, adherence to guidelines, and overall work performance.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict company cleaning standards and client specifications are consistently met.
• Manpower Planning: Coordinate manpower allocation, roster work schedules, manage shift duties, and organize swift replacements for absences.
• Client Relations: Act as a key liaison to communicate with clients regarding service requirements, operational updates, and feedback.
• Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate site reports, attendance logs, and operational documentation on time.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure operations fully comply with safety, health protocols, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Problem Solving: Actively handle on-site operational issues or disputes and implement immediate, practical solutions.

Requirements:

• Nationality: Open to Malaysian Citizens only.
• Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in commercial cleaning, facility management, or a related sector.
• Skills: Strong leadership, firm team management abilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Language: Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license (Class D).
• Mobility: Willing and able to travel across client sites in the region as required by operations.
• Tech Literacy: Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for report generation.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
