The Outlet & Banquet Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the hotel's food and beverage outlets and banquet facilities. The role ensures excellent guest satisfaction, efficient operations, revenue growth, cost control, and compliance with hotel standards. The Manager leads and develops the service team while maintaining high standards of hospitality, food quality, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Outlet Operations Management
- Manage the daily operations of all assigned food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service during all operating hours.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and take corrective action when necessary.
- Maintain service standards, cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of outlets and service areas.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards.
Banquet Operations Management
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all banquet, conference, meeting, and special event functions.
- Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations.
- Coordinate with clients and relevant departments to ensure successful event execution.
- Ensure banquet setups are completed according to event orders and guest requirements.
- Monitor service delivery during events and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure all banquet functions meet quality and profitability objectives.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
