• Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction materials, hardware products, and supplies.
• Arrange and store goods systematically to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
• Assist in stock control activities, including stock counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory updates.
• Prepare, pack, and issue goods according to delivery orders, purchase orders, or customer requirements.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded and documented.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or damaged items to the Store Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store and warehouse.
• Assist customers with product collection and basic product inquiries.
• Coordinate with the sales, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company procedures, safety regulations, and inventory control standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a warehouse, store, hardware, building materials, or construction-related environment is preferred.
• Experience in handling construction materials, hardware products, paint, sanitary ware, or building materials will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
