Responsibilities
JUNIOR EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION
1. Assist in conducting interviews up to senior executive levels and arrange interviews for management levels.
2. To assist in conducting orientation program to new employees and must be able to coordinate and liaises with external consultants on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.
3. To handle monthly payroll / leave management for employees
4. Assist in , updating and maintains proper filing of insurance policy, hr handbook, company doctors’ list, performance appraisal form and training schedules and personal files.
5. Draft agreement/contract or appointment letter.
6. Provide full administrative support including day-to-day administrative work, in all aspects, i.e. process payment, typing, handling correspondence, email, faxes, and handling phone call.
7. Organize meetings, record minutes of meeting, follow-up on meetings and outstanding issues.
8. Assist in all range of office administration and documentation.
9. Assist for tendering process.
10. To assist in arranging luncheons for meeting and events as and when directed by the management.
11. To be involved with the routine administrative matters concerning activities and operations of the department.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
