Working Hour: 5 working days (Monday - Friday ; 10am - 7pm)

Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or admin experience is an added advantage
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) — required for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Scope:
- Maintain and update the company asset register
- Coordinate procurement, issuance, return, and disposal of office equipment and supplies
- Liaise with vendors for replenishment and equipment servicing
- Oversee general upkeep and cleanliness of the office
- Coordinate with building management on facility-related matters
- Handle filing, scanning, and archiving of company documents
- Assist in preparing purchase requisitions, administrative forms, and vendor invoices
- Provide administrative support to HR, Operations, and Finance teams as needed
- Assist in coordinating logistics for internal events, meetings, and company activities
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
