• Managed General Ledger for business units, including journal entries and preparation of Balance Sheet Schedules and month-end financial reports.
• Perform month-end financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for statutory and management accounts.
• Perform intercompany analysis, reconciliations, and netting.
• Maintained proper reconciliation of all General Ledger accounts and integrity of financial statements.
• Responsible for proper treatment and compliance of all accounting transactions and policies.
• Responsible for filing statutory, business statistics, and other types of returns as required by local tax and legal legislation.
• Assist in process improvement and documentation.
• Coordinate year-end audit to ensure set deadlines are met.

To be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's Degree of Accounting and Finance (Honours)
• At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in handling General Ledger (GL) and work with finance & global management team.
• Accounting system: SAP
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
