GENERAL DUTIES
To work as an effective and efficient member of the IT team, supporting the team to reach its objectives. To carry out IT routine and technical processes in order to support students, teachers and services, and visitors.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Setup IT equipment as necessary for both new and existing staff. In addition, troubleshoot IT problems encountered by staff members.
- Provide AV system setup and support as necessary.
- Troubleshooting and responding to IT related matters/breakdowns, maintenance of Windows and MacOS, email (Gmail and Office365), printing system, WIFI connection, iPad and projector.
- Maintaining records of IT assets and software license.
- Manage and maintain the virtual server infrastructure (VMware and Hyper-V)
- Administer and enforce security and permissions within the Active Directory environment.
- Implement and manage data backup and recovery solutions using Veaam Backup system.
- Ensure optimal performance and stability of the file server.
- Provide technical support to users for hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and monitor the company's wifi and LAN infrastructure, including Dell and Aruba infrastructure.
- Support and troubleshoot various end-user devices. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Administer and support Office 365 services, including email, SharePoint, Google Doc and One Drive.
- Maintain and support the company's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Other tasks as assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor/Post-graduate Diploma or equivalent.
- Have a sense of responsibility and meticulousness.
- Possess good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
