Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

• Manage and supervise all warehouse activities during the assigned shift.
• Ensure timely receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet operational requirements.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters when necessary.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational priorities.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Support training and development of warehouse personnel.
• Foster a positive and safety-focused work environment.

Inventory & Warehouse Control

• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock control procedures.
• Monitor stock movements and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Support cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products.

Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Utilize WMS to manage inventory transactions and warehouse activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely system updates.
• Monitor WMS performance and report system issues.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote safe working practices and conduct safety inspections.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper use of material handling equipment (MHE).

Reporting & KPI Management

• Monitor and report shift performance metrics.
• Track productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and operational KPIs.
• Prepare daily shift reports and operational summaries.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Working Hours
• Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• The role operates on a 3-shift rotation:
• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Shift assignments are subject to operational requirements and may be rotated periodically.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
