1. Site Supervision:

• Supervise and coordinate M&E works on-site (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, etc.).
• Ensure that M&E subcontractors are executing works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure smooth operations.

2. Quality Control &Compliance:

• Conduct inspections and quality checks for M&E installations.
• Ensure adherence to local codes, safety regulations, and project standards.
• Coordinate M&E testing and commissioning activities.

3. Progress Monitoring:

• Track and report M&E work progress against the project schedule.
• Identify potential delays and coordinate solutions to minimize impact.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports for management.

4. Coordination &Communication:

• Coordinate between M&E subcontractors and other disciplines (civil, architectural).
• Attend site meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues on-site.

5. Documentation:

• Maintain proper documentation of M&E drawings, RFIs, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
• Verify and endorse work completion for progress claims.

6. Health & Safety:

• Ensure that all M&E works comply with the safety protocols on-site.
• Report and mitigate any hazards or unsafe practices related to M&E works.
