We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Admin to manage warehouse documentation, inventory recording, safety compliance (JKKP), 5S practices, and warehouse expense monitoring. The role involves ensuring accurate stock records, maintaining operational discipline, supporting small warehouse purchases, and ensuring all warehouse activities follow approved SOPs and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Record incoming stock and maintain proper documentation
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock reconciliation
• Track warehouse operational expenses and prepare monthly reports
• Support purchasing of warehouse consumables and spare parts
• Ensure compliance with JKKP safety requirements
• Maintain safety records and support audits/inspections
• Implement and monitor 5S activities in the warehouse
• Maintain warehouse SOPs and enforce operational procedures

Requirements

• Able to speak and read Bahasa Malaysia
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration or related field
• Familiar with JKKP safety compliance
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and Excel reporting
• Organized, disciplined, and responsible personality
