Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Store Managers to drive overall store performance, ensure operational excellence, and deliver engaging in-store customer experiences.
• Ensure consistency in store operations, service standards, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines and company values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Training, and Warehouse to execute retail campaigns and strategic initiatives effectively.
• Monitor key business performance indicators across stores, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to Store Managers for continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR on workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention of high-performing retail staff.
• Support manpower planning, staffing strategies, and scheduling to ensure optimal store coverage and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular store visits, coaching sessions, and business reviews with Store Managers to strengthen accountability and performance.
• Identify operational risks proactively and implement corrective measures to protect brand reputation and achieve commercial objectives.
• Foster a strong culture of customer-centricity, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all retail outlets.
• Monday- Friday (9am-6pm)

• Mid Valley Southkey, Johor Bahru
• Johor Premium Outlets (JPO)
• Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
