R Systems is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (Business Processes & Systems) for a leading insurance client in Singapore.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in insurance operations, business analysis, process transformation, system enhancement, and UAT. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams to drive operational efficiency, customer-centric improvements, and successful project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive business process improvements and operational transformation initiatives

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

Identify system gaps and recommend enhancement solutions

Design and map end-to-end customer journeys and business processes

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Operations, and IT teams

Perform impact analysis and support new product implementations

Prepare and execute UAT test scenarios, test plans, and business sign-offs

Support production issues, root cause analysis, and process enhancements

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit controls, and operational guidelines

Support Agile project delivery and change management initiatives

What We're Looking For

Experience within Life Insurance operations

Strong exposure to Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering

Hands-on experience with UAT planning and execution

Process Mapping / Customer Journey Mapping experience

System Enhancement and Change Management exposure

Stakeholder Management across Business and IT teams

Agile project delivery experience

Experience supporting operational transformation initiatives
