About the role
We are seeking proactive and reliable individuals to join our food & beverage team as Shift Leaders. In this role, you will oversee team members during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
What you’ll be doing
Supervise team members during assigned shifts
Allocate tasks and monitor performance
Conduct pre-shift briefings and updates
Handle customer complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Manage cash handling and daily sales reports
Support training of new staff
Uphold brand standards and service quality
Act as the point of contact for management during shifts
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2–3 years relevant F&B experience
Strong leadership and people management skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
Ability to supervise and motivate a team
Strong customer service orientation
Responsible, reliable, and dependable with a hands-on approach
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
