Responsibilities
Pestimesh Pte Ltd is a trusted name in environmental management and pest control solutions. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, efficient service to our residential and commercial clients. We are currently looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our growing team.
Operations Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to keep our pest control operations running smoothly.
Data & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of client schedules, service reports, and billing data.
Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing emails daily, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients and technicians.
Inventory & Documentation: Assist in managing office supplies, service documentation, and standard administrative filing.
Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior experience working in the pest control industry is highly preferred and will be a major advantage.
Software Skills: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, tracking sheets) and comfortable with general computer applications.
Email Communication: Full familiarity and comfort with using Gmail for professional correspondence.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, great organizational habits, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
