Responsibilities
Retail Sales Technician
We are looking for a retail sales technician to assist and support in running the store operations and repairing of mobile devices
Attractive remuneration package
Basic Salary + Performance Incentive + Shared Outlet Incentive + Individual Shared Commission
Performance Variable Bonus and Leave entitlement (Annual Leave, Childcare Leave and etc)
Yearly Salary Increment Review
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with their enquiries
Repairing of customer mobile devices
Able to follow and provide team support.
Diagnose customer reported faults on electronic devices.
Perform daily repair solutions on software or hardware replacement to electronic devices.
Able to do diagnostic test and identify malfunction of motherboard.
Provide assistance to customers on enquiries of technical faults.
Able to follow and cooperate with company guidelines and protocol.
Provide and maintain professional and excellent customer service
Drive and achieve monthly sales target
Assist in merchandising and ensure good housekeeping in product display.
Following up with customers for their pending repair/gadget orders.
Preparing daily store incoming appointment orders
Job Requirements
Positive Team Player
Must have at least basic mobile repair skills
Preferred with retail sales experiences
Able to commit on weekends and public holidays.
Retail hour - 11am to 9pm (Weekday off)
Islandwide store location
Must be proficient in English, bonus to other languages.
Bonus to individuals that is skilled in motherboard repair
Qualifications
Singaporean / P.R / WP
Must be willling to work as a team.
