Position Overview The Facilities Manager will serve as a strategic project leader with deep facilities management expertise, responsible for overseeing facility operations, managing capital projects, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This role requires a unique blend of project management capabilities and hands-on facilities management experience to drive operational excellence while managing complex initiatives across the portfolio.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities & Project Leadership
Lead and manage all aspects of facility management service delivery, with primary focus on Asset Management, Operations, and capital project execution
Serve as the point of management control for Facilities Management at the assigned site(s)
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of short and long-term facilities projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion
Develop and implement annual management plans with clearly defined key performance indicators
Manage capital and expense budgets, identifying cost optimization opportunities while maintaining service quality
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as primary liaison between JLL, client real estate/facilities teams, business units, and alliance partners
Provide seamless interface to client's real estate organization, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Collaborate with JLL Business Delivery Manager (BDM) to align service delivery with client expectations
Coordinate with senior managers across multiple stakeholder groups, demonstrating responsiveness and professionalism
Deliver clear, timely monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to clients and internal leadership
Operational Excellence
Develop and implement client-specific processes, procedures, and standards in consultation with BDM
Ensure compliance with JLL audit standards and industry best practices
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable value to clients and JLL
Identify and pursue additional business opportunities within existing client relationships
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience
University degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Real Estate, Facility Management, Project Management, or related field
Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in property or facilities management
Proven track record of managing facilities projects from initiation through completion
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams

Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects effectively while managing competing priorities

Leadership: Strong people leadership capabilities with proven ability to motivate, develop, and retain talent
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think laterally, deliver innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement
Business Acumen: Understanding of client needs, commercial awareness, and ability to identify growth opportunities
