Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls and email enquiries managing the WMS

  • Co-ordinate/follow-up with customers and vendors for shipment/transport arrangement

  • Generate invoice for services

  • Update Track and Trace events

  • Other duties as assigned like support our warehouse ops / pick cargo & drive forklift
