Responsibilities
A. Position Purpose (a summary of the general nature, level and the reason why the position exists)
To contribute to the growth of the Brand by nurturing a learning culture for Retail and Wholesales in Taiwan.
B. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Lead learning solutions addressing selling skills, brand, storytelling, CRM, remote selling, soft skills and Jewellery Watches & Accessories collections etc.
Work with store managers and business partners on sales, CRM & Service KPI analysis and related action plans to increase clients’ satisfaction and sales results
Develop and follow up on action plans related to Mystery Shopping, Voice of Client initiatives
Be accountable for design, deployment and co-ordination of training events conducted by local trainers or by external consultants based on frontline training needs and retail priorities
Be responsible for defining the right audience, planning the calendar of activities and all aspects related to the locally executed trainings based on business priorities and people development strategies
Participate in the TTT - train the trainer sessions organized from corporate training department
Drive coaching culture and influence store leaders to own people development, learning implantations and follow ups to enhance client journey
Drive e-learning completion rate and promote different learning and communication platforms introduced by headquarter
Spend no less than 30% of time (and as per needed) on shop floor conducting coaching observations and to ensure service excellence
Be responsible for planning and optimising the training budget for both domestic stores & travel retail
Work with wholesale a team to ensure all training programs (digital, in-store & classroom) are undertaken in an effective and efficient manner by business partner
Expertise in selling skills for luxury creations (Watches & Jewellery background preferred)
Expertise in coaching techniques
Strong Experience in training program design, deployment and follow up

University Graduate with luxury retail background preferred, advanced with professional certifications in gems, watches and learning & development.
E. Working Experience requirement
At least 6+ years’ experience in training / retail function; over 2+ years in managerial role
With GIA and FHH holder is definitely a plus
