Responsibilities

Job Duties:
- Trouble-shooting incidents related to Server and Storage hardware support
- Problem determination, management and problem fixing
- Provide prompt and efficient onsite/remote technical support to company users
- Liaise with service providers and vendors
Job Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- At least 1 year of post-qualification proven working experience in the relevant function/specialty
- Experience in Installation/configuration of Linux and/or Windows OS and related.
- Certification in Linux and/or Windows is an advantage
