Job Responsibilities

• To accurately enter the patient’s information as provided on the request form into the Laboratory Information System (LIS) which includes the patient’s demographic information, doctor’s code, billing code and other relevant information pertaining to the request made.
• To ensure that the correct test(s) is being ordered for the patient based on the request form.
• To notify the Supervisor or Head of Department immediately for any discrepancies encountered during the entry of doctor’s, billing or test code.
• To check all entries made to prevent data entry errors.
• To check the request form folder to ensure that all forms received were data entered.
• To attend to all queries made pertaining to data entry.

Key Requirements

• No minimum education qualifications required.
• No working experience required, however, prior experience in a Data Entry position will be highly advantageous.
• Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work, patients record, etc.

Shift Hours (Monday - Friday)

• 12:00pm-21:00pm
• 13:00pm-22:00pm
• 14:00pm-23:00pm
• 15:00pm-24:00am

Saturday

• 12:00noon-16:00pm
• 14:00pm-18:00pm
• 15:00pm-19:00pm
• 16:00pm-20:00pm

For night shift

• Monday to Friday - 10pm - 6am without a break
• Saturday - 18:00pm-22:00pm

45 hours per week
5.5 working days
9 working hours per day - including 1 hour lunch break
Saturday - work half day
Sunday - Rest day

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
