Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Administration:
    • Maintain accurate databases of volunteers, corporate volunteers/sponsors, non-profit partners, and grassroots organizations.
    • Draft and send routine partnership correspondence.
    • Track programme/activity attendance and update performance metrics.
    • Assist to gather feedback from volunteers, partners, residents and family members.
    • Assist in preparing reports for management or funding grants.
  • Volunteer & Participant Support:
    • Assist with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training and scheduling.
    • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing/supporting volunteer-led events, workshops, and outreach programmes.
  • Logistics & Procurement:
    • Manage end-to-end logistical support including booking venues, managing catering, sourcing materials, and setting up equipment.

Qualifications

  • Education: NITEC or Diploma in any field of study.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, volunteers or community outreach.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Suite or equivalent and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver
  • Willing to work on weekends or public holidays.
