Responsibilities
- Assist Warehouse Manager in running and overseeing the daily operations of Inbound Dept.
- Ensure department performance met the customer’s contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
- Manage daily operations, includes goods receipt, order administration, serviceable returns from customer, and life-saving equipment.
- Lead the Inbound Team to ensure that all goods receiving, returns, inspection, updating of system, and put-away activities are well coordinated.
- Liaise with the authority, purchasers, contractors, and end-user on enquiry of receipt, issue, loan, return, and LSE related matters.
- Manage ad-hoc activities and exceptional cases, such as inventory discrepancy, returns, and invalid order.
- Compile and computing of monthly Receipt and Return Performance Reports.
- Ensure filing and documentations are completed in an efficient and systematically order for easy retrieval.
- Compile and compute LSE data for management meeting with the authority.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with the safety regulation.
- Manage manpower distribution on activity-based requirement.
- Provide on-job training to the warehouse staff.
- Perform Shift Duty Executive role to ensure Silent Hour Requests are attended to.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
