Responsibilities
Assistant Contract Manager (Housekeeping)
Outram | Up to $5,000/month
Salary: SGD 4,800 – SGD 5,000
Working Hours:
• Mon–Fri: 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Alternate Sat: 8:00am – 12:00pm
• Lead daily housekeeping operations and service delivery according to contractual requirements
• Manage manpower planning, deployment, training, and retention
• Ensure service standards, KPIs, and contractual obligations are consistently achieved
• Drive employee engagement and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Oversee statutory compliance, risk assessments, and emergency procedures
• Serve as the key liaison with clients and stakeholders
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
• Manage resources, equipment, and materials effectively
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a hospital environment services setting
