Sales Executive (Construction)

·        5 Days Workweek

·        Location: Boon Lay

·        Basic Salary + Transport Allowance: S$3,000 – S$4,500

·        Attractive Sales Commission Scheme

KeyResponsibilities

·        Develop and manage sales opportunities for scaffolding systems, aluminium formwork, bridge components, and other construction materials.

·        Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

·        Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and technical proposals to secure sales opportunities.

·        Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close deals.

·        Provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements.

·        Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify business opportunities and drive growth.

·        Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

·        Knowledge of construction materials will be an advantage.

·        Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·        Able to work independently with a strong customer service mindset.

·        At least 1 year of sales experience in the construction industry.

·        Bilingualin English and Mandarin to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers.

·        Possessing own transportation is preferred to facilitate customer visits and site meetings.
