Material Handler

Department: Warehouse / Logistics / Operations

Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and distributing materials accurately and efficiently while ensuring inventory integrity and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments from delivery vehicles and verify quantities and condition of materials
• Ensure all materials are placed in the correct storage locations according to warehouse procedures
• Pick and move stored materials to production lines or shipping areas based on order requirements
• Accurately document all material movements, including receipts, storage, and distribution records
• Package materials securely for delivery or shipment
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation
• Use computer systems to locate, track, and update material status in inventory systems
• Work closely under direct supervision and follow standard operating procedures at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling preferred
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to safety procedures and warehouse best practices
