About Pathwise Academy

Pathwise Academy delivers hands-on AI education across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. We run holiday camps, after-school ECA sessions, school hackathons, and corporate AI training for learners aged 10–17 and working professionals. We're a fast-growing company building the next generation of AI-literate students and teams — and we want interns who want to grow with us.

The Role

We're looking for an AI Education Intern to support and gradually co-lead our workshops — both in person and online, across kids and adult audiences. This is a learn-by-doing role: you'll start by assisting experienced educators, then take on more responsibility as you build confidence. If you're excited about AI and curious about teaching, this is a hands-on way to develop both.

What You'll Do

• Support educators during in-person and online workshops, camps, and hackathons
• Help set up sessions, prep materials, and assist learners one-on-one
• Gradually take the lead on parts of sessions as you grow
• Help test and improve curriculum, activities, and AI demos
• Pitch in across a fast-moving team wherever you're needed

What We're Looking For

• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to keep learning
• Comfortable (or eager to get comfortable) speaking in front of a group
• Friendly, patient, and good with people — especially younger learners
• Reliable, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves in a high-growth environment
• No formal teaching experience required — just enthusiasm and a hands-on attitude. Students and recent grads welcome.
