Job Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including Interior Designers, Carpenters, Main/Sub Contractors, Architects, Consultants and other industry stakeholders.
  • Present, demonstrate, and promote the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Gather customer requirements, prepare proposals, recommend suitable solutions and provide professional product advice to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to secure profitable sales while safeguarding company interests.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts and expand the customer base through new customer acquisition.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, product launches and sales initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Prepare and submit samples, quotations, sales reports, forecasts and other required documentation to management.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
  • Accomplish individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth and revenue objectives.

Job Requirements

  • B2Bsales experience, preferably in a related or similar industry is an added advantage.
  • Own vehicle is required for site visits and client meetings.
  • Experience in building materials, interior products, or related trades is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work at Kranji area.
