Operations Management:

Warehouse Supervisors coordinate daily activities such as receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time, and monitoring workflow to maintain efficiency and productivity. They plan and organize warehouse functions, delegate tasks, and identify areas for operational improvement
Inventory Control:

Supervisors maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular physical counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure proper storage and organization of goods. They oversee inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movement to optimize warehouse efficiency
Safety and Compliance:

Ensuring a safe work environment is critical. Supervisors enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, address hazards, and ensure compliance with legal and company regulations. They also manage equipment use and protective gear adherence
