Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Title: Human Resource (HR) Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource (HR) Manager to oversee and manage the company’s HR functions. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and supporting business growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
• Manage employee lifecycle matters including confirmations, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and exits.
• Oversee payroll administration, leave management, attendance, and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Support Work Pass applications, renewals, and employment documentation where applicable.
• Handle employee relations matters and resolve workplace issues professionally.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.
• Manage training plans and staff engagement activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR reports accurately and confidentially.
• Partner with management to support workforce planning and organisational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Good understanding of employment laws and HR practices.
• Experience in recruitment and employee management.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manpower planning and recruitment.
• Knowledge of Work Pass and employment-related processes.
• Experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
