Key Responsibilities:

Technical Tasks

• Install, maintain, and repair medical devices
• Conduct warranty and corrective maintenance visits
• Implement factory upgrades and technical bulletins
• Support Sales & Marketing during demos, exhibitions, and projects

Service Operations

• Escalate field issues and quality feedback to management
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and timely reporting
• Manage maintenance schedules and documentation
• Track service hours and ensure data accuracy
• Contribute to contract renewals and service program implementation

Miscellaneous

• Uphold workplace safety responsibilities
• Support other service-related duties assigned by the Service Manager
