Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Responsible for installation, commissioning, certification, routine maintenance, trouble-shoot and repair of scientific equipment
Prepare service test report and IQ/OQ documents for customers
Prepare service quotation for maintenance and repair works
Provide excellent customer service through product knowledge, handling customer feedback, prompt response and working closely with sales engineers
Liaising with principals or suppliers for technical issues
To take ownership for all assigned projects and assist in other jobs when required
Requirements :
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electrical and Electronic, or equivalent
Able to read schematics diagram and good in computer knowledge
Relevant work experience is an advantage
Outgoing, dynamic, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication, technical and planning skills
A team-player who is willing to learn, resourceful and able to multi-task and excel
Willing to travel locally and occasionally in the region
Fast learner as on-the-job training and overseas training will be provided
