We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager tooversee the daily operations of our store. You will be the one to ensure smoothrunning of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.

Responsibilities

·      Ensure smooth running of retail activities, handlescheduling, oversee employee duties, and maintain proactive store management.

·      Utilize sales acumen to increase store sales,analyze performance data, set achievable goals, and motivate the team.

·      Keep an eye on inventory levels, coordinate withsuppliers, and manage stock orders efficiently.

·      Deliver exceptional service, and train the team toaddress customer needs efficiently.

·      Coach and mentor team members, provide feedback andcreate development plans.
