What You'll Do: We’re seeking an enthusiastic Site Supervisor to join our dedicated and energetic team, supervising, guiding, and inspiring crews to deliver excellence on site every day.

• Oversee all aspects of daily construction operations to ensure smooth workflows and maintain safety at every turn.
• Champion site safety—enforce protocols, lead inspections, and create a culture of care and compliance
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliveries for maximum efficiency—you’ll make things happen.
• Interpret technical and engineering drawings, measure up, and maintain quality standards; your expertise ensures that nothing is left to chance.
• Document progress, resolve challenges, and provide project updates—your leadership keeps everyone aligned and informed
• Mentor and empower your team, resolve issues, and help everyone grow together in a positive, supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• ITE or Diploma in Engineering (Civil Engineering is a strong plus).
• Confident in interpreting site drawings, a clear communicator, and a team player who thrives on challenges.
• Construction or utilities experience valued - bring your insights and help raise the bar.
• Calm under pressure, deadline-driven, and always committed to results.
