Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant service team.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain service standards.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training and performance monitoring.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate table arrangements and ensure smooth dining operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene and workplace safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills preferred.
