Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and provide clear work instructions to warehouse staff.
- Supervise and monitor daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure work plans and targets are achieved.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and delivery of goods.
- Verify quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock status updates, location tracking, and perform periodic stock takes.
- Prepare delivery documentation, dispatch notes, labels, and ensure proper processing of all warehouse documents.
- Investigate, record, and report damaged, missing, faulty, returned, or quarantined goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment or reordering when necessary.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, segregation, and organization of warehouse inventory.
- Support assembly operations by preparing components according to Bills of Materials (BOM), conducting system assemblies, and managing location/bin transfers.
- Oversee warehouse housekeeping, safety practices, worker welfare, and compliance with operational procedures.
- Coordinate logistics arrangements, loading/unloading activities, and provide delivery support when required.
- Manage rack storage operations, monthly replenishment updates, and other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
