Job Description

Responsibilities

As an Executive, Transformation & Development, you will support the Manager, Transformation & Manager in working closely with stakeholders consisting of SHC member organisations, social service agencies (SSAs), corporations, government agencies, donors and volunteers to facilitate concerted efforts in increasing public awareness and education on hospice and palliative care in Singapore.

BROAD FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
FORUMS & WEBINARS COORDINATION

  1. Lead overall coordination, planning and execution of forums and/or webinars
  2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including speakers and moderators
  3. Coordinate registration, publicity and marketing efforts
  4. Provide support during forum/webinar, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth session for all attendees
  5. Prepare post-session reports and consolidate feedback

SECRETARIAT SUPPORT TO SHC COMMITTEES

  1. Provide secretariat support to SHC committees, including but not limited to the Healthcare Professional (HCP) Committee, National Palliative Care Quality Improvement (NatPalQI) Committee and Clinical Services Steering Committee (CSSC)
  2. Coordinate and schedule committee meetings, including logistical arrangements (venue, virtual platform setup, audio-visual requirements)
  3. Support the preparation of meeting agendas and presentations as required
  4. Attend committee meetings and accurately minute meeting proceedings in a timely manner
  5. Engage and maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  1. Support the planning and implementation of new and/or ongoing projects within the Transformation & Development department, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timelines
  2. Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure follow-through on deliverables
  3. Provide support for conferences organised or co-organised by SHC, including but not limited to logistical coordination, programme planning, stakeholder liaison, and on-site management

GENERAL

  1. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor and/or Executive Director from time to time

Requirements

1. A Degree Holder
2. Clear purpose in wanting to serve the hospice and palliative care community
3. Strong relational, communication, organisational and writing skills.
4. Resourceful and able to work with internal and external stakeholders to bring about a sense of community towards achieving common goals.
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office suit
