Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Assisting the Business Development of the Bank’s credit portfolio with a view to increase profitability within the framework outlined by the Management.
  2. Understanding the market trends including analysing demographic data, industry reports, and economic forecasts.
  3. Identifying potential corporate customers for syndication or bilateral, assessing their needs and requirements and presenting a suitable proposal to the Management for approval or further action.
  4. Performing onboarding and ongoing monitoring of potential, new and existing customers ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  5. Implementing marketing plans to build up a business clientele which includes maintaining account relationship and servicing.
  6. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing existing loan portfolio, and preparing regular reports to monitor progress and identify areas for loan growth.
  7. Ensuring adherence to all relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  8. Working closely with internal teams, including credit, operations, and Head Office to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  9. It is beneficial to have an understanding of Thai, as the job involves handling Thai documents and collaborating with our Thai colleagues from the Head Office.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, economic, accounting and business, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in Financial Institution and in Corporate Banking
  3. Strong sales and business development skill
  4. Good credit analysis and financial assessment skills
  5. Confident presentation and communication skills
  6. Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
  7. Able to support client servicing, documentation, and credit processes
