Responsibilities
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple outlets to ensure smooth operations, strong sales performance, excellent customer service, and compliance with company standards. This role will lead and support Outlet Managers while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all assigned outlets.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets.
Lead, support, and monitor Outlet Managers to achieve operational and sales objectives.
Ensure all outlets maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, food safety, and SOP compliance.
Propose and execute sales and promotional strategies to increase customer traffic, drive revenue growth, and achieve outlet sales targets.
Monitor manpower planning, staff scheduling, performance, and training across outlets.
Review sales performance, operational costs, wastage, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
Conduct regular outlet visits, operational audits, and performance reviews to maintain consistency across outlets.
Handle customer complaints, operational challenges, and outlet escalations professionally and efficiently.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and maintenance of outlet equipment.
Manage and plan forecast stocks and purchase orders for ingredients and products to avoid shortages.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in F&B or retail chain operations management.
Proven experience managing multiple outlets and leading Outlet Managers.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between outlets when required.
Good understanding of outlet KPI management, SOP compliance, inventory control, and manpower planning.
