· ensure customer experience environment and meeting 100% customer satisfaction at all times

· Handle all administrative duties of the restaurant including
o ordering of food and supplies
o Maintaining inventory
o Maintenance of equipment
· Schedule, train and develop employees
· Candidates must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays and be assigned at multiple locations as required.
