We are looking for a Full-time Café Manager to oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth service delivery, lead staff effectively, and maintain high standards of customer experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
• Lead and coordinate café staff to maintain smooth workflow and high team performance
• Communicate clearly in English with staff and customers to facilitate effective service
• Apply prior F&B experience to manage food and beverage quality and service standards
• Manage scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs
• Handle and lead offsite promotional activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification
• Prior experience in food and beverage industry
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to support operations and customer interaction

• Salary: $3000 – $3200 (basic)
• Working Hours: 10 hours per day
• Days Off: 4 days per month
