Hiring: IT Admin (1-Year Contract) | Novena
Location: Novena Square
Working Hours:
Mon – Thu: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Scope:
• Raise IT requests on behalf of users via IT Service Management system
• Perform IT admin tasks (user access, distribution lists, mailboxes, groups)
• Support project-related bulk access provisioning
• Coordinate IT access with internal stakeholders
• Handle email enquiries from internal users
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with IT Service Management systems
• Prior admin/support experience, ideally in an IT environment
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT systems and technologies
• Able to work independently and in a team
