Job Summary
Manage telecommunication project activities including site surveys, contractor coordination and client handovers to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys, precon survey, site inspections, and manage site handovers to ensure project readiness and compliance
- Assign work sites to subcontractors and manage contractor relationships to maintain project schedules and quality standards
- Draft clear and detailed technical proposals to support project planning and client communications
- Liaise with authorities such as HDB, LTA, and private building owners to obtain necessary approvals and coordinate project requirements
- Acquire materials and equipment, coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and provide technical support on-site to resolve issues promptly
- To ensure accurate project record and compliance of as-built documentation
- Coordinate installation work to facilitate smooth project execution
- Provide BOQ to superior
- Ensure site quality / installation status are update and follow up
- Attending sites issue with Town Council, Waterproofing contractor, tenants and contractors
- Attend weekly/bi-weekly meetings and update site status to clients
- Managing team members and assigning job activities.
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication or equivalent
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the telecommunication field
- Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
