Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Bakery Production Helper to assist our pastry and cake production team. The role involves preparing ingredients, baking basic products, and supporting the daily production of cakes and desserts in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with baking sponge cakes, cheesecakes, and brownies.
• Prepare basic cake components such as mousse, ganache, and buttercream.
• Weigh and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
• Support the production team with daily preparation and assembly tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with stock handling and ingredient storage.

Requirements

• Previous bakery or food production experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
