Job Description

• Position Title: Project Manager
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8.30 am – 5.30 pm), Alternate Sat (8.30 am – 12.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall construction phase, including site planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
• Support the preparation of construction contractual documents, tender documents, approvals, and submission requirements.
• Identify project construction requirements based on project size, scope, timeline, resources, and site conditions.
• Monitor construction progress, review progress reports, and ensure alignment with contractual requirements for time, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate project meetings, verify action items, follow up on outstanding matters, and ensure timely resolution of site issues.
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control standards to ensure works meet project specifications and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, construction procedures, and company standards.
• Manage subcontractor work activities, site performance, productivity, project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Drive workplace safety, health, and sustainability practices in line with WSH policies, environmental standards, and green building guidelines.
• Manage project completion, defect rectification, testing and commissioning, handover documentation, risk controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site operations, quality control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing site teams, subcontractors, workers, and project stakeholders.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage reports, documentation, meetings, and project coordination.
