Founded by Chef-Owner Dave Pynt, Burnt Ends is a modern barbecue restaurant in Singapore’s Dempsey Hill serving modern Australian barbecue and boutique wines and spirits in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. At the heart of this modern barbecue restaurant is an open kitchen concept with a custom four-tonne, dual cavity oven, and four elevation grills. Burnt Ends writes new menus daily and believes that there is magic that comes from cooking with wood.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage events across the group’s multiple brands and outlets
Liaise with customers, clients, and internal teams on event enquiries, requirements, and arrangements
Build and maintain good customer relationships through clear and professional communication
Support the planning, organisation, and execution of events from initial enquiry to event completion
Work closely with outlet operations teams to ensure event requirements are practical and properly executed
Coordinate operational arrangements including setup, staffing, timing, service flow, and other event logistics
Ensure all event preparations are properly communicated and carried out by the relevant teams
Provide on-site coordination and operational support during events where required
Monitor event operations and respond promptly to issues to ensure smooth execution
Be hands-on in operations where required to support event setup, service readiness, and overall execution
Assist outlet teams on the ground when necessary to ensure smooth running of events and operations
Work with different brands and departments to align event needs with operational capabilities and service standards
Handle event administration, including quotations, confirmations, function sheets, follow-ups, and related documentation
Assist in post-event review, feedback collection, and follow-up
Support operational improvements to strengthen event execution across the group
Carry out any other duties relating to events and operations as assigned by the Company
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in events and operations
No formal educational certification required
Experience in F&B, hospitality, or multi-outlet operations preferred
Comfortable with hands-on operational support when required
Strong coordination, communication, and customer management skills
Able to work across multiple brands and support event execution on the ground
