We invite suitably qualified individuals to apply for the position:

Resident Architect

· Degree in Architecture or equivalent from an University recognised by Board of Architect, Singapore.

· Minimum 8-10 years’ relevant site working experience.

· The Resident Architect will assist in the management and co-ordination of architectural related issues.

· Mature, possess leadership quality and have effective communication skills to be able to interact with people at all levels.

Interested candidates keen to apply for the above position need to have the following qualities:

· Proactive mindset with the ability to lead and collaborate with the site team.

· Familiarity with handover and defect inspection processes for large scale infrastructure projects especially MRT works

. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
