Role Overview

This role is responsible for supporting enterprise application management and digital transformation initiatives across multinational business environments. The candidate will oversee enterprise CRM and business application enhancement activities including application governance, platform optimisation, stakeholder coordination, operational support, and reporting enhancement initiatives.

The role requires experience in enterprise platform implementation, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, business process optimisation, and application lifecycle support within consulting or multinational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise application enhancement and operational support activities, including platform optimisation and governance initiatives
• Support enterprise digital transformation and business application improvement projects across regiona and global business functions
• Coordinate business requirement gathering, application enhancement planning, and operational improvementinitiatives
• Support application lifecycleactivities including testing coordination, deployment support, issue tracking,and operational readiness activities
• Monitor application performance, reporting effectiveness, and operational KPIs to support business decision-making
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, regional teams, and technical functions to align application capabilities with operational requirements
• Support platform governance, reporting optimisation, and process standardisation initiatives
• Facilitate user adoption, operational support coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise platforms

Job Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in enterprise applications, CRM platforms, analytics platforms, or digital transformation initiatives
• Bachelors or masters qualification 
• Consulting firm experience in enterprise platform implementation, application enhancement, or business transformation projects preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise application lifecycle activities including enhancement planning, operational support, governance, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong experience in business requirement analysis, reporting optimisation, and cross-functional coordination
• Exposure to enterprise CRM platforms, business applications, analytics solutions, or operational reporting environments
• Experience supporting regional or multinational business environments preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese preferred for regional stakeholder coordination
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate across business and technical teams

Certifications or Equivalent Knowledge

• Salesforce Certification, enterprise application certification, or equivalent platform-related certification preferred
• Knowledge of enterprise application lifecycle management, digital transformation initiatives, and platform governance frameworks
• Understanding of operational reporting, business process optimisation, and enterprise system support activities
• Familiarity with application governance, enhancement coordination, and enterprise platform operations
