The Business Development Manager will lead market expansion, partner engagement, and revenue growth for our immersive AV and VR education solutions. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and work closely with the technical and marketing teams to deliver impactful solutions to schools, enterprises, and government sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, commercially sharp, and comfortable driving growth in a fast‑moving SME environment.

• Market Expansion — Identify and develop new business opportunities in education, commercial, and public sectors.
• Client Engagement — Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, system integrators, and corporate clients.
• Solution Selling — Understand client needs and propose AV/VR solutions, including immersive classrooms, projection systems, and interactive environments.
• Partnership Development — Establish collaborations with content providers, technology partners, and distributors.
• Proposal & Tender Support — Prepare proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and presentations.
• Pipeline Management — Track opportunities, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM records.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration — Work with marketing and technical teams to align messaging, demos, and project delivery.
• Event & Demo Leadership — Lead school visits, product demonstrations, and exhibitions to showcase the latest display solutions.

Pay: $16,707.54 - $48,068.57 per month
