Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation and operational rollout of kitchen automation systems across multiple food service stalls and outlets.
  • Support installation, setup, testing, and commissioning of automated cooking machines and related systems.
  • Work with internal operations teams and external vendors to ensure systems are properly deployed and functioning for daily operations.
  • Monitor system performance and identify technical or operational issues affecting workflow efficiency.
  • Provide technical and operational support to stall teams in the use of automation equipment and related work processes.
  • Conduct staff training on the proper use of automated cooking systems and relevant operating procedures.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment and system issues and coordinate follow-up actions with vendors or service providers.
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures relating to automation-supported kitchen workflows.
  • Track implementation progress, report issues, and recommend improvements to operational processes.
  • Support management in the phased deployment and optimisation of kitchen automation systems across multiple stalls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Automation, Computer Systems, Operations Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical operations, systems implementation, automation support, equipment deployment, or related operations support work.
  • Ability to coordinate implementation and operational support across multiple working locations or outlets.
  • Good troubleshooting, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work closely with operations teams, service providers, and management stakeholders.
  • Organised, hands-on, and able to manage implementation and operational support tasks in a fast-paced service environment.

Additional Information:

This role is a technical operations position focused on the deployment, support, and optimisation of kitchen automation systems. It is not a standard outlet manpower role.
