Responsibilities
Sales Support Admin
Central
$2,400 + 1% commission
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
Reporting To: Director
Job Summary
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, maintaining records in SAP, and coordinating with internal teams to support project delivery.
Sales Support
Prepare quotations and process customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
Create and maintain customer records in SAP.
Convert quotations into sales orders and ensure order accuracy.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Operations teams on order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
Attend to customer enquiries and provide support on quotations, orders, invoicing and delivery matters.
Support tender submissions, project proposals and sales presentations.
Maintain sales records and prepare monthly sales reports.
Monitor government procurement portals for tender opportunities.
Office Administration
Manage incoming calls, visitors and general enquiries.
Coordinate office supplies, pantry purchases and maintenance contractors.
Maintain proper filing and document control.
Provide general administrative support to the Sales team and Management.
Other Duties
Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
Eligible for 1% commission on sales closed from assigned and inbound enquiries.
